Web design projects typically take 5–10 business days from brief to first delivery. Logo projects are usually 4–7 days. Timeline depends on how quickly you can provide feedback and content. We set clear milestones at the start of every project so there are no grey areas.
Ideally yes — you know your business better than anyone. But we understand not everyone has polished copy ready to go. If you need help with content, we can write a first draft for you as part of the project scope. Just let us know upfront and we'll factor it into the quote.
We work across platforms depending on your needs — clean HTML/CSS for maximum performance, or WordPress/Webflow for clients who want to manage content themselves. We'll recommend the right tool for your project, not the one that's easiest for us.
We take a 50% deposit to start work and the remaining 50% on project completion — before final files are delivered. We accept bank transfer and most major payment methods. No payment is taken until you've received and approved a detailed project brief.
Web design packages include 30 days of post-launch support for minor tweaks and fixes. Larger additions or new pages are quoted separately. We aim to be a long-term partner — many clients come back for ongoing work, and we always prioritise existing clients.
